Pirates Flag Camp · October 18 & 19, 2026 · Potsdam
The Pirates Flag Camp is open to children and youth aged 8 to 13. Age requirements are verified upon registration. Participation is limited to 20 spots. Allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
By submitting the registration form, the registrant (parent/guardian) makes a binding offer to enter into a participation agreement. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email. A binding participation confirmation with payment details is sent separately the day after registration.
The participation fee is 39.00 € (regular) or 49.00 € (supporter price) per child. The fee must be transferred to the specified account within 5 business days of receiving the binding confirmation. If payment is not received within the deadline, the spot may be allocated to a participant on the waiting list.
No right of withdrawal. In accordance with § 356 (3) No. 2 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning leisure activities that are to take place on a specific date or within a specific period. Registration is therefore binding and cannot be revoked.
Cancellation by the organizer: If the camp must be cancelled due to force majeure, official orders, or other important reasons, the full participation fee will be refunded. No further claims exist.
Cancellation by the participant: If cancelled up to 14 days before the camp begins (by October 4, 2026), the fee will be fully refunded. If cancelled less than 14 days before the camp begins, the fee will not be refunded, as expenses for catering and camp shirts have already been committed. Cancellation must be sent in writing by email to vorstand@potsdambaypirates.de.
The Potsdam Bay Pirates e.V. is only liable for intentional and grossly negligent acts. For slight negligence, the club is only liable for injury to life, body, or health. Liability for property damage (e.g., private clothing, valuables) is excluded unless the club has acted intentionally or with gross negligence. Participants should not bring valuables. The club recommends taking out private accident insurance.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data collected in the registration form is used exclusively for the organization and execution of the camp and is deleted after the camp and after the statutory retention periods expire (6 months for accounting purposes).
Photo and video consent is voluntary. Participation is possible without consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons by email to vorstand@potsdambaypirates.de.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or impracticable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Potsdam.
