Small field, one pass per down, four downs per series — the best of practice and a real game in one format.
1. Mark a 15x10 m field with a 5 m end zone. 2. Three attackers (QB + 2 receivers) vs. three defenders. 3. Every down = one pass. A completion = a new first down at the spot of the catch. 4. Four downs to score a touchdown, otherwise the ball turns over. 5. After the catch you can run — yards after catch count! 6. Play ten minutes, then switch sides.
Game understanding and fast decisions under pressure — and everyone gets a turn at every position.
