Today you practice how to find the right gap as a ball carrier and then go full speed! Eyes open, quick feet — and through the middle you go!
1. Set up 4 cones in a row with 2 steps between each. 2. A teammate quickly points to a gap (left, middle or right) — then hand goes down. 3. Ball carrier sprints through the pointed gap and runs to the end zone. 4. Important: Look first, then run — no blind sprint! 5. 5 attempts per child, then next player goes.
Quickly spot the right gap, break through with confidence and go full speed — that's what makes a great ball carrier!
