Who can join?
Flag football is for everyone. Our U10 starts from age 8, U13 from age 11. No prior experience, no special fitness, no specific body type required — the sport adapts to the players, not the other way around.
What is included?
Jersey, flags and all basic equipment are included in the registration fee. You only need to bring the right sports shoes for indoor or outdoor surfaces.
Free trial
New members can try it out for four weeks free of charge and without commitment. No contract, no costs, no obligation — just come along and join in.
