Action, Teamwork and Maximum Safety
Flag football is the smart, fast and fully non-contact version of American football. Instead of tackling, defenders pull a flag from the ball carrier's belt. Same rules, same passes, same plays — just safer.
Training language: German and English — because flag football is an American sport and we live that. All our coaches are fluent in English and international families are very welcome.
Fun fact: Flag football becomes an Olympic sport at LA 2028. Now is the perfect time to get started!
No helmets, no shoulder pads, no hard tackles. Flag football is safe for kids of all ages and sizes.
Flag football becomes an Olympic sport in Los Angeles 2028 — your child can be part of the movement from the very beginning!
Boys and girls train as equals. Every level of experience is welcome — we build up together from day one.
11 consecutive tournament wins and 32 games without defeat, WinterBowl Champions 2026 and SummerBowl Champions 2026 — undefeated U10 Champions as coaches of the Spandau Bulldogs. Pro-level know-how for our kids.
Safety comes first. All our coaches have an enhanced background check and are trained in child protection.

Our Mission
Newly founded does not mean new to football. With the club's founding we are creating the organisational framework for a shared future — our coaches and many of our kids have been active on the football field for years. They train regularly, compete in tournaments and have celebrated numerous tournament wins: As coaches of the Spandau Bulldogs we finished the 2025/26 winter season as undefeated WinterBowl Champions 2026 — and in the 2026 summer season our kids were crowned undefeated U10 Champions (SummerBowl Champions 2026).
For parents this means: Nothing here starts from zero. Training routines, competition experience and working with children and young athletes are well established. At the same time we keep growing and welcome every child — whether they bring football experience or hold a football in their hands for the very first time.
Free & No Commitment
27 kids on board. 6 U10 spots and 7 U13 spots still available. Training starts October 1st, 2026. The first 4 weeks are completely free — no contract, no costs.
