Flag football is the smart, fast and fully non-contact version of American football. Instead of tackling, defenders pull a flag from the ball carrier's belt. Same rules, same passes, same plays — just safer.
Training language: German and English — because flag football is an American sport and we live that. All our coaches are fluent in English and international families are very welcome.

Who We Are
5 experienced coaches with professional backgrounds — inclusive, modern and at eye level with every child.
Head Coach
3 years playing experience in American Football. 4 years coaching experience in U10 & U13.
Athletic Trainer
Specialist in athletic development for children and youth. Experience with diverse groups.
Coaching Team
All 5 coaches have experience with mixed-gender teams and high-energy kids. Professional sports backgrounds are represented in the team.
